Common Ground
June 2026 · West End, Toronto
Common Ground was WellHaus's first public community event — and it exceeded every expectation we had for it.
Held in a beautiful loft-style space with open brick and lush greenery, the morning brought together a group of people who quickly became present and relaxed. Guests moved through a guided therapeutic collage workshop before settling into a restorative sound bath, and what unfolded in between was something we don't take lightly: real emotion, real vulnerability, and real connection.
People arrived carrying what they were carrying. They left feeling lighter — more present, more worthy, more themselves.
Guests were welcomed with tea and homemade vegan cookies, and went home with custom WellHaus gifts and scented candles to carry the feeling with them.
Common Ground was exactly what it set out to be: a space where people could exhale.
What Guests Had to Say
“My overall experience was absolutely perfect. The sound bath was calming and the creative part helped me forget about outside noise! Everything was beautifully organized and created such a safe and peaceful space! Thank you!!”
“Sabrine and Danielle shaped a safe and welcoming space to create and feel! I came out feeling sparkly✨”
“The experience was truly wonderful, and I left feeling noticeably calmer, more grounded, and changed in a meaningful way. It was a beautifully organized event, with thoughtful attention to detail. It offered me much-needed opportunity to reconnect with myself, allowing me to access my creative side in a fun, non-judgmental, and deeply natural way, where I felt completely at ease, able to reflect on my own growth with a quiet clarity, without the pressure to overanalyze.”
Bloom into Spring
April 2026 · Kiko Space, Toronto
Our first WellHaus community event brought together a small group of guests for an afternoon of creative expression and deep rest. Held at the stunning Kiko Space in Toronto, the day unfolded in two parts - a guided collage workshop anchored in the "Blooming Into Spring" theme, followed by a sound bath that left the room completely still.
Guests arrived to fresh blooms and thoughtfully curated gifts from Wellhaus & Serotonin, a Toronto-based, female-owned wellness brand - a small gesture that set the tone for the whole evening: intentional, warm, and worth showing up for.
It was an honour to open our doors for the first time with the people who believed in WellHaus from the beginning.
What Guests Had to Say
“I had the unique pleasure of attending an intimate community event hosted by WellHaus. The event began with an art therapy session led by Sabrine, followed by a sound bath experience led by Danielle. It was so great being able to do two different activities that focused on a central theme, "blooming into spring". I felt like I was able to grasp a much deeper understanding of myself after participating in both of the activities, and overall had a lovely time!”
“A beautifully calming experience! I left feeling refreshed, grounded and completely recharged. Cant wait for many more!”
“The entire experience felt incredibly intentional from start to finish. Beginning with the artistic collage-making which allowed me to gently reflect, and set a personal intention for the afternoon. The sound bath that followed was deeply calming and immersive—I left feeling grounded, clear, and genuinely restored. You can feel the care and thought that went into every detail. This was such a beautiful and thoughtfully curated experience!”
